We accept Credit Card payments at check out or alternatively we can accept payments via E-Transfer.

Our website is backed up by TLS. All payment information is 100% secure and encrypted. 

If you are unhappy with the design, we will redesign it at no charge. We will do our best to earn your business otherwise, money back is guaranteed.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after the design completion. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. If the website design & template is no longer in our possession regardless of the 30 day period, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Our hourly rates are $25-$400/hr – minimum 1 hour.

Web Design & Hosting

It really depends on the businesses standards and true purpose. For most businesses that offer services and products, we often suggest using WordPress.

However, if you’re wanting a website for online sales and drop shipping, we recommend Shopify.

Yes, all our website designs are 100% unique and based personally off your niche. We use Elementor which is a great theme building tool that allows both developers and users to easily make edits and complex edits.

Any and all websites under DesignPad’s hosting will receive system updates as well as PHP updates when required.

Plugin updates are not included.

For any issues &upgrades outside of your package, we charge a flat rate of $25/hour – starting at 1 hour minimum.

Example: A small upgrade in system and function will cost $25 starting.

All websites we design will be extremely user friendly. We provide personalized video tutorials for all clients who go with our Web + Hosting Package.

At DesignPad, regardless of which package you are on. If we host your website, we prioritize maintenance, performance and it’s security to ensure your website runs smoothly. We also run weekly tests, and update plugins when required to prevent any exploitation.

We use Dedicated Instances compared to other providers that use shared servers.

The cheapest plan we offer is $50/m with basic maintenance such as security, OS updates and patches.

This package does not cover plugin updates and technical support.

Yes, but after cancellation you must wait another 10-21 day period for us to recreate and start launching posts.

Of course! It really depends on the platform, the best is to contact us before making a decision.

Nope. Clients, rarely, if ever, go in and post once they become a client. Social Media Management services are designed so that I take over your social media accounts, and you can get back to doing what you do best, running your business. Of course, you can go in and post if you want to.

Absolutely! The customer service part of social media is critical. We answer questions on behalf of your business!

Design & Templates

We always provide our end project with sources to back them up.

Logo Design takes around 3-5 business days.

Animations can take up to a week.

Yes, absolutely! We are all about increasing your businesses awareness. Having business cards and having our flyers is critial to growing certain businesses grow.

We only charge for the design. 

We use VistaPrint to print and send the package to your location.

Example: You want 500 business cards. VistaPrint charges $50 for 500 cards. DesignPad charges $200 for the design. You end up paying $250.
